Payment Method

  • Payments are processed securely through PhonePe Payment Gateway
  • We do not store or access card details, UPI PINs, or banking information
  • Transaction confirmation is subject to PhonePe and your bank’s authorization

We are not responsible for payment failures caused by banking or network issues.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier service, or unforeseen circumstances
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect address details provided by the customer

Once the order is handed over to the delivery partner, risk of delay transfers accordingly.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Our Refund & Replacement Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

Key points:

  • No returns or refunds on opened or used personal-care products
  • Replacement or refund is applicable only in verified cases such as damaged delivery or incorrect product
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof
  • Refunds, if approved, are processed via PhonePe to the original payment method
